Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 31st day of January 2006 at 3.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Glen Ara Farm Limited be liquidated and that John Kerry Christensen, accountant of Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of January 2006 at 3.00 p.m.
