Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, William Caleb Amner, chartered accountant of Coffey Davidson, was appointed liquidator of Portsea Developments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of September 2006 at 9.15 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
Friday, the 20th day of October 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
