Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of August 2006 at 11.00 a.m., a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be placed into liquidation and Daran Nair, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.

Notice is given that the liquidator of Property Solutions
NZ (Maintenance) Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 29th day of September 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
