Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that the executive committee of the above named society voted to liquidate the society and distribute the surplus assets.
In terms of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the executive committee resolved to appoint Rhys Michael Barlow, chartered accountant of Wellington, as liquidator on the 1st day of June 2006.
