Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Bruce Walker, of
72 Mornington Road, Brooklyn, Wellington, and John Marshall Scutter, of Active 2001 Limited, Lower Hutt, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of The Skincare Company Mt Maunganui Limited on the 17th day of January 2006 at 2.05 p.m., being the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
9th day of February 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
