Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 17th day of January 2006 at 11.17 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Rawson Te Rapa Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of January 2006.
We, Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix the 28th day of February 2006, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
