I, John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, hereby give notice that by order of the High Court at Auckland on the 1st day of June 2006, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of Hawke Construction Limited.
