Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of April 2006 at 10.11 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Mark Lawrence and Anthony John McCullagh, of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, were as appointed joint and several liquidators of Samcor Computers Limited by an order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 2nd day of June 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
