Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 31st day of March 2006 at 5.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Genejam Limited be liquidated for restructuring purposes and that Brian Spooner be appointed liquidator.
All known creditors have been paid on due dates and a declaration of solvency certified.
The 5th day of May 2006, is the date by which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
