Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of February 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Northern Properties Limited be liquidated and that David Peter Hoy, chartered accountant of HLB Wylie McDonald Limited, Auckland, be appointed for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of February 2006.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Northern Properties Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 31st day of March 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
