Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Arron Leslie Heath and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of Aerovista Trustee Limited (in liquidation), Andrew Krukziener No. 4 Limited and Auckland Management Limited (in liquidation) on the 23rd day of February 2006 at 9.45 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of the Aerovista Trustee Limited (in liquidation), Andrew Krukziener No. 4 Limited and Auckland Management Limited (in liquidation) fix the 23rd day of March 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
