ICU MedEurope (NZ) Limited (1262987) – removed from the Register instead of ICU MedEurope Limited (1279652) – an overseas company that ceased to carry on business in New Zealand – 23 February 2005. The Registrar intends to restore ICU MedEurope Limited to the Register, under section 328 of the Act, on the application of its shareholder, ICU MedEurope Limited at 22 Melton Street, Euston Square, London, England, on the grounds that it was still carrying on business at the date of removal, unless an objection is received as noted below.

Vulcan Steel Limited (681317) – notice of acquisition of 100,000 shares should have been for 20,000 shares – 29 March 2005.
Wilkes Construction Limited (167417) – notice of increase of 100,000 shares and directors’ certificate filed twice –
16 November 1998.
Zedex Minerals Limited (944539) – increases of 2,960,660 and 2,000,000 shares on 1 March 2004 and 22 March 2004 had been notified previously within the totals of other notices. The increase of 516,750 shares on 14 April 2004 should have been for 513,750 shares.
