Including Maori Freehold Land in a

Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, were set apart as Maori reservations for the purposes of a meeting place and marae for the common use of the Ngatimaru Tribe by notices published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 June
1947, No. 35, page 782, New Zealand Gazette, 15 June 1989, No. 102, page 2614 and New Zealand Gazette, 27 June 1991, No. 96, page 2116, and whereas it is now desired to include further land in the Maori reservation being the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now therefore, the Maori freehold land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the aforesaid Maori reservation.

First Schedule
All that land situated in Block III, Huiroa Survey District and described as follows:

7.2843 Section 4; known as Pukehou (and being part of the land now contained in Computer Freehold Register TN J2/1043).
6.8796 Kerikeringa 5A2, being all the land in a Partition Order of the Maori Land Court dated 21 August 1930.

Second Schedule
