Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation:
(a) Under section 14 (4) of the Reserves Act 1977, notifies the following resolution passed by the council
on 18 December 2001:
“That acting pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, Tauranga City Council resolves that the land held in fee simple by the council, and described in the First Schedule below, is hereby declared to be reserve according to the purpose set out in the First Schedule next to the land within the meaning of the said Act.”
(b) Under section 16 (1) of the said Act, hereby classifies the land set out in the Second Schedule below as reserve according to the purpose set out in the Second Schedule next to the land within the meaning of the said Act.
