Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the
Rodney District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the council at its meeting on 23 June 2005, declaring the land described in the Schedule hereto as
a scenic reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and to the provisions contained in section 59 of the Land Act 1948.
