Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 165200 and shall vest in the Selwyn District Council for the same purpose contained therein, the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB39B/215, and the road described in the Third Schedule to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB6C/877, subject to mortgages 765056.2 and 819192.5, Canterbury Land Registry, upon the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
