Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the
land in Computer Freehold Register TN64412, subject to mortgage 476894.16, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the area described in the Second Schedule shall be severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TN64412, subject to mortgage 476894.16.
