Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from
the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated as follows:
(a) That the area firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 47B/421, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(b) That the area secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 47B/425, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(c) That the area thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 47B/433, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(d) That the area fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 47B/443, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(e) That the area fifthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 47B/445, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(f) That the area sixthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 47B/449, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(g) That the area seventhly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 47B/457, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(h) That the area eighthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 47B/461, subject to all existing encumbrances.
