Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, an area of 12 hectares of the Maori freehold land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of preserving and re-establishing native flora and fauna for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners of Waipuka 3B1C1 Block.
