Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose
of a marae and meeting place for the common use and benefit of the members of Hongoeka Settlement Incorporated set out in clause 4 of the constitution and rules of
the Hongoeka Settlement Incorporated, and to promote the objects set out in clause 3 of the said constitution and rules.
