Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Wellington City Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Crown for defence purposes on 1 April 2005.
(c) Pursuant to section 50, sets apart the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice for the use, convenience and enjoyment of a road to be vested in the Wellington City Council on 1 April 2005.
(d) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in
the Wellington City Council on 1 April 2005.
(e) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to remain vested in the Crown for defence purposes.
