Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect
of the land known as Puketapu E, which was set apart
for the purpose of burial grounds, papakainga, recreation ground, fishing ground, bathing place, place of historical interest, horticulture and silviculture for the common use and benefit of the Puketapu Hapu by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 January 1982, No. 7, page 275.
