Invalidation Notice
Pursuant to section 15 (a) of the Interpretation Act 1999,
I amend the notice (No. 8231), appearing in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 December 2004, page 3979 (declaring invalid the election for the student representative for the Hukarere College Board of Trustees held on 28 October 2004 and setting a date for a new election), by omitting the expression
“4 March 2005”
and substituting the expression
“1 April 2005”.
This notice takes effect on the day of notification.
