Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 94 (2) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, that a Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal has found against the following motor vehicle traders:
MVD 316/04Decision No.: Ak 86/05 Ibrahim Hatem Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $11,000.25 plus compensation of $6,045.00 plus insurance refunds.
MVD 6/05Decision No.: Ak 87/05 Euroka (New Zealand) Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $17,998.00 less a mileage/depreciation allowance to the trader of $1,224.00. Trader to pay any insurance refunds plus compensation of $337.50.
