Act 1992
Pursuant to Regulation 20 of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, I, Michael Julian Cosman, Manager National Operations, in exercise of those powers delegated to me by the Secretary of Labour, pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, hereby give notice of my intention to apply to the Minister of Labour for approval of amendments to the Approved Code of Practice for Cranes in New Zealand, under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992.
The amendments provide for editorial alterations and a new Part for
Self-erecting Tower Cranes
which were not previously covered.
