Pursuant to section 221 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, I appoint
John McLennan
as an optometrist member of the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board for a term of office until 13 August 2005, commencing upon receipt of his resignation from the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal.
