Conservation Authority
Pursuant to sections 6D and 6F of the Conservation Act 1987, I, Christopher Joseph Carter, Minister of Conservation, hereby appoint

to be a member of the New Zealand Conservation Authority for a term commencing on the date of this New Zealand Gazette and ending on 31 May 2006.

as chairperson of the New Zealand Conservation Authority for the term of his appointment to the New Zealand Conservation Authority.
