Market Licence
Pursuant to sections 87U (4) and 87X (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41 (1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and to delegations from the Secretary for Transport dated 22 September 2004, I give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Access and Services in the Ministry of Transport, has:
(a) having received an application from LAN Airlines S.A., of Santiago, Chile, granted that airline an
open aviation market licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights for an indefinite term with effect from 20 April 2005; and
(b) varied the open aviation market licence granted to LAN Chile S.A. to provide for that licence to expire on 20 April 2005.
