Notice of Specified Amendments for the Purpose of the Social Security (Working for Families – Transitional Supplement) Regulations 2004

Pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition of specified amendment in Regulation 5 (1) of the Social Security (Working for Families – Transitional Supplement) Regulations 2004, notice is given that the following Regulations, instruments or provisions are specified amendments for the purpose of the Social Security (Working for Families – Transitional Supplement) Regulations 2004 (S.R. 2004/269):
(a) Clause 4 and Schedule 2 of the Direction in relation to Special Benefit Amendment 2005 dated 7 February 2005.
(b) Clause 3 and Schedule 1 of the Direction in relation to Special Benefit Amendment (No. 2) 2005 dated 17 March 2005.
(c) Amendments to the Direction on advance payment of benefits, the Domestic Violence and Witness Protection (Relocation) Programme, the New Employment Transition Grant Programme, the Recoverable Assistance Programme, the Seasonal Work Assistance Programme, the Social Rehabilitation Assistance Programme, the Student Allowance Transfer Grant Programme, the Special Needs Grants Programme, and the Work Start Grant Programme made by clause 3 and Schedule 1 of the Instrument Amending Ministerial Directions and Welfare Programmes 2005 dated
17 March 2005.
(d) Regulation 3 and Schedule 1 of the Student Allowances Amendment Regulations 2005 (S.R. 2005/45).
