Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company

Pursuant to Section 320 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Paul Neville Barnett, liquidator of K R J Nielsen Limited (in liquidation), hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed
with the Registrar of Companies my final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 21st day of October 2005.
