Notice of Intended Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register
Take notice that it is intended to remove The Southland
Co-operative Milk Producers Limited (in liquidation)
(“the company”) from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that all known assets of the company have been disclaimed or realised, all proceeds of realisation have
been distributed, and the liquidator of the company has sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Anyone who wishes to object to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must deliver his or her objection to the Registrar of Companies before the 30th day of September 2005.
