Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland after the 18th day of February 2005, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Fonterra Investments Limited, whose registered office is situated at
9 Princes Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
