Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I, Stephen J. Tubbs, liquidator of The Year 2000 Festival Entertainment Company Limited (in liquidation) and The Year 2000 Festival Company Limited, whose registered offices are situated at Level Six, 148 Victoria Street, Christchurch, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 20th day of March 2005.
