Take notice that on the 21st day of September 2005, an application for putting Xtendreach Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 15th day of December 2005
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Datareach Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level Seventeen, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Richard Gordon).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. S.P. 20-201, Wellington.
