Take notice that on the 16th day of September 2005, an application for putting Hokitika Holdings Limited (formerly Mt Tutu Sanctuary Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 7th day of November 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Sharp Tudhope, whose address for service is 35 Grey Street, Tauranga.
