Take notice that on the 24th day of August 2005, an application for putting Transport Insurance Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 3rd day of November 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is All Star Cars (Henderson) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of John Holmes Solicitor, Sixth Floor, West Plaza Building, 3 Albert Street (P.O. Box 3600 or D.X. C.P. 18-007), Auckland.
