Take notice that on the 8th day of September 2005, an application for putting Prime Motor Corporation Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of December 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Colin Beck and Lai Kuen Beck, whose address for service is at the offices of Goodmans, Solicitors, 163 Broadway Avenue (P.O. Box 1439), Palmerston North.
