Take notice that on the 1st day of June 2005, an
application for putting Valleygirl Wellington Co. Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 18th day of July 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Norfolk Building Products Limited (trading as Metalbilt Doors Wellington), whose address for service is at the offices of Receivables Management (NZ) Limited, Third Floor, 155 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
