Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of
November 2005 at 11.00 a.m., Paul Francis Lynskey, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed
as liquidator of D Chapman Electronics Limited pursuant
to a special resolution of the shareholders.
