Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stuart Raymond Cann and Peter Ross McLean, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Coronis Investments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of February 2005.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 24th day of February 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
