Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter J. Wahlstrom, of
P J Wahlstrom & Associates (2000) Limited, was appointed liquidator of FJH Holdings Limited on the 2nd day of February 2005 at 2.00 p.m.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of February 2005 at 2.00 p.m.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
