Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Bruce Arthur Maclean, lawyer of Auckland, was appointed
as liquidator of Carbine Investments 2004 Limited by special resolution of its shareholders under section 241 (2) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of September 2005 at 2.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
The liquidator fixes Friday, the 28th day of October 2005, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company must make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
