Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of September 2005 at 9.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Regis Properties Limited be liquidated and that Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed the 31st day of October 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
