Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 12th day of September 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Power Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Russell K. D. Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of September 2005 at 2.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of Power Holdings Limited (in liquidation) hereby fixes the 27th day of October 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
The company is being liquidated as part of the restructuring of the business affairs of the shareholders. There are no recorded creditors, other than shareholders.
