Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 27th day of January 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Decorative Mouldings Limited be liquidated and that Hamish Alexander Scott, of HSW Limited, Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of January 2005 at 8.40 a.m.
