I, Brian Soutar, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company by
a special resolution of the shareholders on the 9th day of August 2005.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of August 2005
at 12.00 midday, being the date of my consent to my appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of Longview Poultry Limited, I fix the 14th day of September 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
