Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Karen Betty Mason and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of Mascot Diecasters Limited (in liquidation) on the 9th
day of August 2005 at 11.30 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Mascot Diecasters Limited (in liquidation) fix the 10th day of September 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993,
a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Meltzer Mason Heath, Level Five, 345 Queen Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 19th day of August 2005 at 10.30 a.m.
Agenda
1. Liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company’s affairs.
3. Confirmation of liquidators.
4. Appointment of liquidation committee, pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.
Proxies
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
