Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 21st day of June 2005 at 10.00 a.m., the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed
a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.

Notice is also given that I, Neville Petrie Fagerlund, of
12 Main North Road, Papanui, Christchurch, do fix the 31st day of July 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
