Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of May 2005 at 8.07 a.m., Callum James Macdonald, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of Paul Veza Plasterers Limited.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 15th day of July 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
