Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of April 2005, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Reg Muirson Limited be liquidated and that C. J. Clark, chartered accountant of Miller Gale & Winter, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of April 2005.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator hereby fixes the 6th day of June 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
